With our company providing both architectural and engineering design services, we are in a unique position to ensure that our clients receive cost effective and purposeful designs.

We are based in Crows Nest on the lower north shore of Sydney with many successfully projects completed in NSW, Victoria, QLD and Honiara.

Romeocad has extensive local knowledge of the Lane Cove, North Sydney, Willoughby, Mosman and Ku-ring-gai council building and development codes.

Romeocad has been lodging DA's to these Council for over 15 years and so we are well qualified to provide our clients with council compliant DA's that incorporate all the requirements of the council.

Our approach is simple.
'We are engaged by our Clients to provide services to our Clients'. Though that may sound obvious, too many people have engaged architects that don't listen, nor incorporate the clients wishes into the design. We are different...we listen.

We will advise on the merits of your design, maybe even advise a change; sometimes we will provide an alternative design for you to consider - but we will always listen. We will only lodge what our client wishes, after all, that is what they engage us to do.
